There is no air conditioning in one room but it doesn't matter.

The inspiring and transcendental experience provided by every SQUARE CENTIMETER of the room.

Access to the rich literary collection present in the room must be communicated in advance, as this service alone is enough to provide wonderful company during your stay.

The location is very good, in the center of Lagoa da Conceição, close to markets, bars, bakeries, bus stops/ Tilag Terminal, Mole and Joaquina beaches, Barra da Lagoa. We really enjoyed our stay, impeccable bed linen and towels, comfortable mattress and pillows, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The house is exactly like the photos, spacious and beautiful. Erika is an excellent host, always available and attentive.

We missed having a microwave.
